We moved away from manual approach in creating email campaigns to automated approach to vastly improve our targeting and coverage. This is to ensure that the content remains relevant and has value for our customers. We changed our existing email template to one that's modular, allowing us to pull in data that's relevant to a given customer. We integrated a third party solution to provide real time content to our customers. It was very important for me to understand the technical feasibility in order to deliver the reanders that are very practical and clean.
