Pacman is an internal code for an application in the Pinnacle East back office that allows Customer Operations team to manage customer administration within a single tool. This is a dedicated tool to get full overview of a customer activity. I was tasked to deliver a clean and clear design as this will be used by our Customer Operations team on a regular basis.
